We are Kobanzame, a vintage shop in an old wooden house in Kawagoe. Some small things change the feel of a whole shelf. This silver-clad shot glass from Peru is one of them.
How it's made
Silver is laid over the glass and cut into an Inca motif, with a silver rim at the lip. The label on the base still reads "SILVER 9.90" and "Made in Perú".
Condition
Rank A. The original brand and stock labels are still attached. The silver has mellowed slightly with age.
How to use it
The inner depth is about 4 cm, just right for one shot. Whisky, tequila, Peruvian pisco or sake. On other days, a small ornament for the shelf.
