We are Kobanzame, a vintage shop in an old wooden house in Kawagoe. Grenson is known for dress shoes, but this pair sets refined suede on a rugged lug sole. That contrast is what makes it fun.
The make
Chukka boots from Grenson's Footmaster line. The colour is a khaki-leaning olive brown that shifts with the light. Stitching runs all the way around the welt, giving the pair real presence from the front. The Vibram Montagna sole handles wet stone streets with ease.
Condition and size
Rank A. Almost no sole wear, and the yellow Vibram tag is still intact. The suede nap is in good shape, with no tears or sole separation. UK6, about 24.5–25.0 cm. English-made leather shoes in this size are hard to find, so this is a good pair for smaller feet.
How to wear
Mainly for autumn and winter. Let them peek out from wide trousers or overalls, or wear them with tapered slacks. The khaki tone works with denim, brown and black. Small for men's sizing, also wearable by women.
