RUSTLER 1970s–80s denim trucker jacket (deep indigo, tag XL, made in USA)

We are Kobanzame, a vintage shop in an old wooden house in Kawagoe. A RUSTLER from the 1970s–80s, with the indigo still deep — a denim jacket you can wear in to your own colour.

Its past life

RUSTLER was Wrangler's sister brand, making honest, affordable workwear. Judging by how dark the indigo still is, it may not have been worn much by its previous owner. It carries the same era as the better-known truckers.

Details

Sturdy 13 oz denim. Two flap chest pockets, hand pockets and RUSTLER-stamped buttons — plain, classic construction. A few small marks and light wear around the collar and shoulders; overall fading is minimal and the fabric is solid.

Who it's for

For people who want room to break something in, not a finished look. Throw it over a shirt or sweatshirt; it works with denim or work trousers between seasons.
